Subject: Won't Finish Job
Comment: I hired Rainbow Brite (Jeff McLellan)for a home restoration project involving water damage. After I paid him in full, he strung me along for 2 years to finish the project until he finally told me "I am done with this". He was great to work with up until that point. It was like I was dealing with someone completely different than before. Once he got paid in full, I was on my own. BEWARE!
