Comment: i bought a $290 watch last week for my wife for christmas . but yesterday needed links taken out . took in there . some staff was very rude . was told can,t do it have come back . . so another person took it back in there and gentleman said not problem . but again he got this women do it . and she very rude again . i wish i been there would asked for money back went across to people jeweltys. guess you don,t want people come back . i work with public in my business and you don,t act like that and get people come back . you want my rating . for service a 1
